Local suppliers have been carefully chosen in accordance with our company ethos. We believe all animals should be treated with compassion and are raised ethically.
Our beef comes only from grass fed Aberdeen Angus cattle, raised on the Scottish Borders until they are 30 months old. We ensure our cattle live happy, stress-free lives and don’t experience stressful events such as pregnancy which affect the beefs flavour and texture.
We take it a step further in providing the best beef for your plate and dry age our beef for a minimum of 35 days to further intensify its flavour and tenderness.
Sustainability is also an important part of our company’s ethos and every supplier we use is local thus reducing our carbon footprint. In doing so, we have been able to embrace local businesses boosting local economy.
